Very disappointed. I came through today and got what I understood to be a detailed clean of the exterior and interior of my vehicle, including a polish. It was quite busy and so I settled in for a wait of a least an hour and to my extreme surprise it only took approximately 30 minutes. Which I suppose helps to explain how it was such a substandard service. The staff were actually RUNNING between tasks, between cars! I didn't want speed, I wanted a quality service. I paid for a quality service. And what I got was a fast but substandard service. Whilst it is cleaner, it is no where near what I expected for the price paid and the listed services. I am extremely disappointed and I will NOT be returning.
